Prepare receive supply fuel:

1. Submission the Issue of LOI using header letter to my company with complete data and sign by requester include with stamp.
2. Have storage with enough capacity, and also have permit letter of save keeping, and have correct table calibration from meteorologic.
3. Seller will sending the draft contract to buyer.
4. When have agreement from both party, then seller and buyer will sign of original contract, and the both side party must obey all obligation of duty who has appear in contract.
5. The distance time of supply is 21 days since buyer open LC in prime bank, the reason that we are must prepare the tanker ship, permit port, also the trip to buyer location.
6. Receive the HSD to buyer location are:
• Before pumping the HSD, Buyer side and seller, surveyor, down recheck all the seal, might be made the BAP ( check report issue)
• Calculate of volume by buyer trough measurement of flow meter or table calibration.
• The limit tolerance is 5 % from quantity.
• After finish pumping Sign BAP by both party seller and buyer.
• Sealing the storage by buyer side and seller until nothing problem
• When nothing problem, then seal will open by buyer.
